9 /13/26 Connect with Your Sobernatural Self: Free Live Guided Meditation & Journaling for Women

Sale Price: $0.00 Original Price: $0.00

An intentional online space for you to connect with that part of you that is committed to your sobriety. The part of you that carries the flag, cheers you on, and even deeper than that— recognizes the significance sobriety has in your life. Because sobriety is the foundation for all the other possibilities that open up for you.

In a world that is happy to reinforce consumption by explaining to you in a hundred different ways how much you need things that actually cause you harm, this is a space where you remind yourself why your clarity matters more.

Wear comfy clothing. Sit someplace comfortable, preferably with a view out a window or of indoor plants. Post up in a spot where you aren’t likely to be disturbed for an hour. This is your time.

Bring:

  • your hot beverage of choice

  • a journal or notebook

  • writing utensils, including something with color (like crayons or markers)

You can turn your camera on, or leave it off if you don’t feel camera-ready.

Note: This is what I call “anti-screen” screen time, because I’ll be directing your attention and gaze to other places OTHER than the screen.
